24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. If no notice or less than 24 hours notice is given or you are a no-show, then you may be subject to a cancellation fee of the total cost of the missed appointment and must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.
Our time together is very important so please arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. By doing so this helps ensure you will get your full scheduled appointment time. However, if you arrive late for your appointment, it will be for the remaining time left and full payment is expected at the end of the session. For example, your appointment time is at 2:30pm for 60 minute massage and you arrive at 2:45pm. Your appointment will be for 45 minutes and you will be paying as if you received a 60 minute massage. If I am running behind schedule then you will receive your full scheduled appointment time.
